Rentals
We strongly recommend you choose our DJ services than to rent our equipment. Renting of equipment is great for those of you that are already DJs and need equipment for one of your events. If you’re not already a DJ it can sometimes be challenging to use our equipment especially if you’ve never used it before. It takes hours and hours to learn how to be a DJ and use the equipment.
We’d love to show you how to use the equipment – we can give you a brief tutorial when renting our equipment. We prefer to set-up indoors in a well ventilated area. For outdoors event, we prefer a tent in case of rain. For every rental request we require a credit card and home address that is subject to verification. You will be responsible for the equipment and if it is damaged or lost or missing or not returned you will subject to replacing it at the cost we set out.
We recommend leaving the equipment exactly where we set it up and we do not suggest moving the equipment for several reasons. The more you more around the equipment, the more chances of something wrong happening. Please think about where you want the equipment before contacting us. Ensure our staff know where you want us to set-up before they arrive or before they set-up. Ensure everyone agrees to this particular area. We’ve had situations in the past where the venue and the client were wanting two different areas for set-up. We like to be organized and prepared and we ask that you can do the same.
It takes about 30 minutes to set-up and so it’s not recommended to move the equipment after set-up because that will just interfere with your event and take us longer. You are most likely not experienced with this gear and it’ll just take long for you to turn off all the gear and then take everything apart, move it over and then set it up again. Also, what if it doesn’t work when you move it around?
When renting our equipment please be advised that we are not responsible to be 24 hour technicians for you. This means if you require problems during your event we can not necessarily help you. We perform at various events per day and we cannot troubleshoot for everyone. If your event is important we suggest you hire one of our DJs. Hiring one of our DJs ensure you have someone on site for the whole period of your event. This provides for peace of mind and less chances of something going wrong and greater chances of us resolving the problem.
We are in business to provide DJ services but if you would like to rent equipment for your next event we do provide that service as well. Prices for rentals are provided below.

Rental rates
Yorkville NX55P Powered Speakers – $100.00 for the pair (per night or day)
Yorkville Powered Subwoofer – $50.00 each
(stands and cables included at no extra charge)
Set-up and Delivery – $25-$75 (depending on location/time)
Wired Microphone – $10
Wireless Shure Microphone – $25

Numark CD Mix 3 – $50
